Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

Responsibility of the Contractor:

Full Non-Provision of Services: If the Contractor fails to provide the services under the Agreement in full, the Contractor will refund the funds transferred by the Customer in advance for the Event Budget, Contractor's Remuneration, and specified services, excluding non-refundable advance payments based on additional agreements with contractors.
Partial Provision of Services: In the case of partial provision of services, the Contractor will refund the funds proportionally to the cost of services not provided, as agreed upon in the Act of Work Performed within one day following the Event.
Force Majeure Circumstances: The Parties are released from liability for partial or complete non-performance of obligations under the Agreement if such non-performance is a consequence of force majeure events, as specified in the Agreement.
Responsibility of the Customer:

Late Payment Penalty: If the Customer delays transferring funds for the Contractor's Remuneration, a penalty of 0.1% per day of delay, up to 5% of the overdue amount, is applicable.
Refusal of Agreement: If the Customer cancels the Agreement after 7 days from signing, the part of the Remuneration specified in the Agreement is non-refundable.
Event Changes: The Customer must inform the Contractor of Event changes at least 5 calendar days before they take effect.
Notification and Termination:

Notification Requirement: In the event of force majeure circumstances, the Party subjected to such circumstances must notify the other Party in writing without delay, but not later than 3 calendar days.
Termination Option: If force majeure circumstances continue for more than 1 month and the Parties are unable to make a decision on further coordinated actions, each Party has the right to terminate the Agreement partially or completely without consequences.
Dispute Resolution:

Negotiation Process: All disputes and disagreements arising from the Agreement are resolved through negotiations. If unresolved within 7 days, disputes are subject to resolution in the Indonesian court of general jurisdiction.
