First meeting

During the meeting with us, you will be able to personally meet us, ask any questions you are interested in, and learn about our unique approach to work. After that, you will be able to decide on cooperation with our wedding agency. Signing the contract

"After our first meeting, we sign a contract to organize your event and start working.

We take full responsibility for all stages of event preparation, including:

  • Developing the concept and style of your wedding.

  • Creating estimates and optimizing the budget.

  • Selecting a venue for the celebration.

  • Organizing an outdoor ceremony.

  • Assembling a team of professionals to implement the concept and conduct the wedding.

  • Developing the event program, creating schedules and checklists for each contractor.

  • Booking artists for your event and managing their riders.

  • Designing wedding stationery or creating a wedding website.

  • Crafting the image of the newlyweds.

  • Providing technical support for the event.

  • Designing the banquet menu.

  • Arranging transportation and assisting with guest accommodation.

  • Providing guest support for all organizational issues on the day of the event.

Concept development and Venue selection

To create a unique event that reflects your individuality, it's important for us to learn more about you: your interests, hobbies, love story, and the excitement associated with wedding preparation. To achieve this, we conduct personal interviews and request the completion of questionnaires, which help us better understand your couple and develop a unique concept.

One of the key stages is choosing the wedding venue. We carefully select the location, considering numerous factors that can influence the successful and memorable execution of your celebration.

Team selection

During our work, we have repeatedly witnessed through our own experience that a well-chosen cohesive team is the key to a successful celebration. That's why we pay special attention to assembling the team for each event. We don't provide a collection of separate services from contractors; we create a team—a unified mechanism that functions smoothly and meets all the needs of each individual couple. Through our work, we meet incredibly talented individuals who are passionate about what they do, energizing everyone around them and inspiring creativity. When a friendly atmosphere prevails on the site, fostering mutual understanding and support, the result surpasses all expectations.

First and foremost, we select a host, photographer, videographer, decorator, and florist. We collaborate with the industry's finest representatives and are confident in the outcome of their work.

Screenplay writing and creating plan for the event

Once the concept is established, the venue is secured, and the primary team of contractors is assembled, we proceed to outline the event's script and program for the evening. This involves choosing performers and cover bands, finalizing background animations and culinary stations, creating additional activity zones, and devising a spatial zoning plan.

Drawing up timilines and checklists

Event coordination

The pinnacle of our preparation process as wedding planners in Bali is overseeing the event on the day itself. We arrive at the venue early to supervise all installation stages, and we're the last to depart once all dismantling is finished. Responsibilities are clearly delegated among coordinators, ensuring seamless teamwork throughout the event.

Receiving photo and video materials

The wedding day is not the end of our journey together. We maintain communication even after the event, ensuring timely delivery of photos and videos from your special day. We joyfully review these memories with you, sharing in the emotions of your celebration.
